After a hectic weekend, we attended our workshops about mobility and projects support today. We finally did our 'de donde eres' presentation, which had to be amended to reduce 10 min each. However, all went smoothly, despite the changes and my inclusion of a demonstration of how to wear a sari.
June had kindly agreed to be my model, and she looked beautiful with the Indian jewellery. However, she was quietly relieved when a participant volunteered to be the model. As normal, John made us laugh with his Q. "so who wears the sari in your house?"
Well, who do you suppose does?
The participant's reward for her keen interest was the sari to keep for herself. She was pleasantly surprised, which made the day for me.
