Phase 1
2012
- August - October: Preparation of the project and all its arrangements.
- November - January: Selection of participants that will participate on the first mobilities.
2013
- January - April: Preparation of the volunteers that will participate on the mobilities 1 and 2 (Languages, traditions, culture, work in teams and all the info related to their sending and hosting organisations).
- April - May: Mobility 1; BVSC will send 3 senior volunteers to La Rioja in order to participate during 3 weeks on the local activities of Gantalcalá. As hosting organisation, the Spanish NGO and its local senior volunteers will also offer the new comers a cultural and social programme in order to discover what this region and its people can offer them.
May - June: Mobility 2; Gantalcalá will send 3 senior volunteers to Birmingham in order to participate during 3 weeks on the local activities of BVSC. As hosting organisation, the British NGO and its local senior volunteers will also offer the new comers a free and leisure time programme to enjoy all the opportunities that this city can offer them.- July - August: Evaluation of the Mobilities 1 and 2.
Phase 2
2013

2014
